Enter the new primary address. Enter all the data for the address you desire to make your new master address:

- City: The city the address is in.
- State: Select the country from the driblet-down card.
- Zip Code: The postal code the address belongs to.

Tap the checkbox for "Make this my primary address". A blue checkmark will announced indicating this address will exist your new chief address.

Tap Add Address . It's the blue push button at the bottom of the "Add Address" page. You have now changed your primary address on PayPal.
